Loyola Credit Union would like to inform you of some recent changes set forth by the Federal Reserve regarding your ATM and one-time debit card transactions.  Effective August 15, 2010, the Federal Reserve is requiring that all financial institutions no longer charge overdraft fees on automated teller machine (ATM) transactions and one-time debit card transactions without prior member consent.

An opt-in form has been sent to every member with an active debit card.  You may mail or fax the consent form back to our office.
