Savings Account

By maintaining a balance of only $25, you can build up a personal savings account by depositing checks or money orders, or by having your paychecks or automatic payroll deductions deposited directly into the account. These options, along with competitive interest rates, make it easy for you to save.

Special Savings Clubs

The credit union has a number of special interest bearing savings clubs, including a Vacation Club and a Christmas Club, that can help you set aside money for special occasions. By setting up an automatic payroll deduction in conjunction with a club account, you'll have enough saved when the time comes to spend. Withdrawal fees may apply. Note: club account withdrawals exclude christmas club accounts.

Checking Accounts

The credit union offers its members checking accounts free of service charges and minimum balance requirements. To qualify, you must maintain a savings account with a balance of $25. Convenient direct deposit services are also available. Personal check deposits may not be available for immediate withdrawal. A debit card and/or checks are available with checking accounts.

cuCheck Card (Debit Card)

Loyola Credit Union's cuCheck Card is our debit card that gives you access to your checking account without having to write a check. It's safer and more convenient than carrying cash. It's a great way to "pay as you go"and there are no fees when signing for transactions. Note: ATM fees apply for PIN based transactions.. CuCash card is only available with payroll deduction (minimum of $100) or direct deposit.

Credit Cards

The credit union offers its members a choice of credit cards to suit their lifestyle. Available are VISA Platinum Basic with a 9.90% APR; VISA Platinum Scorecard at 10.90% APR; VISA Platinum Cash Back at 11.90% APR, and VISA Classic Scorecard at 13.40% APR. Each card offers competitive interest rates and excellent benefits.

There is a one-time $5 charge for a credit scan. Your application and VISA card program are subject to credit approval.

For members under 21 years old: Members under 21 applying for a VISA Credit Card must have a guarantor or cosigner. If applying without guarantor or cosigner you must be able to verify payment ability

Direct Deposit

Direct deposit allows you to have each paycheck deposited automatically into your savings or checking account. Signing up for this service is as easy as filling out a form with your credit union, specifying the account into which you want your check deposited.

Audio Response Teller (ART)

The credit union offers an audio response teller ART almost 24-hours a day, seven days a week. ART can give you account information such as share and loan balances, amount and date of your last transaction, loan due dates, and payroll information. ART is a FREE service and is ready and waiting to serve you.
