How to Apply for a Loan

Here’s How to Get Started with Your Loan Application

Applying for a loan is easy. Download our online application and fax to us. You can apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you prefer to speak to a customer service representative in person, call 708.216.4500 or drop by our office.

There is a nominal $15 application fee, which will be done on all applicants. All policy guidelines for loans apply. 

The application takes only a few minutes, and you will need the following items:

  • Credit Union membership in good standing
  • Member Number
  • Social Security Number
  • A copy of your last two (2) current pay stubs, plus any other income information, such as child support, etc.

Submitting Your Loan Application

WHEN SENDING IN A LOAN APPLICATION, PLEASE, REMEMBER YOU MUST ALSO SEND US A COPY OF YOUR LAST 2 PAYSTUBS AND PROOF OF ANY OTHER INCOME.

Please submit your loan application and pay stubs to LUEFCU using one of the following:

IN PERSON DROP OFF

We are located on the lower level of the Maguire Center, Room 903, on the Medical Center Campus in Maywood. Drop boxes are located outside of the main entrance of the Maguire Center and outside the Credit Union office.

Each loan application requires two (2) copies of your paystubs and proof of any other income. Not doing so will delay the application process.
